Total Joint Replacement Program

Through this program, you get care from Mount Sinai Health System doctors who provide care plans specific to your joint replacement needs. The program is available with designated surgeons at Mount Sinai Hospital and Mount Sinai West.

You will receive these benefits if you participate in the 32BJ Joint Replacement Program:

• Access to top surgeons in New York City.
• No co-pays for the hospital admission or for other specific services related to the surgery, such as follow-up visits with your doctor within 30 days of your hospital discharge.
• The Fund will pay the $40 co-pay for up to 10 physical therapy visits at a free-standing facility within the first 50 days following discharge from the hospital.
• Car service to and from the hospital (this benefit is provided by Mount Sinai).
• A Fund representative will be assigned to you to assist you every step of the way. If you need additional information about the program, or want to enroll call the 32BJ Health Fund at 866-230-3225, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• A Mount Sinai Care Guide will be assigned to you to answer all of your questions and assist you through your recovery.
