MSK Direct
For when you have a cancer diagnosis and want a second opinion
MSK Direct is a program from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) that gives you special access to world-class cancer care.
An MSK Direct Care Advisor will help you schedule an appointment with the best doctor for you to speak with about cancer treatments. And if you decide to receive cancer care at MSK, your advisor will support you throughout your treatment.

The Health Fund gives you prescription drug coverage through OptumRx.

Delta Dental
You pay a $0 copay for dental exams and cleanings with a Delta Dental dentist—twice a year
Did you know heart disease, diabetes, and Alzheimer's can be caused, in part, by poor dental health?
Your comprehensive dental benefits through Delta Dental cover X-rays, fillings for cavities, tooth extractions, crowns, dentures, bridgework, and much more.
Some health plans also cover braces and other orthodontic services for children under age 19.

Important: When you see a medical doctor, including at 5 Star Centers, for an eye appointment, it is covered by your Anthem medical benefit.
Some eye health professionals accept both Davis Vision (for vision appointments) and Anthem (for medical appointments), but there are no Davis Vision optometrists at 5 Star Centers.
