32BJ Maternity Program
The 32BJ Maternity Program is available to all eligible plan participants who deliver in a participating New York hospital. Your benefit covers your care before, during, and after birth.
You MUST enroll BEFORE your 32nd week of pregnancy to have a $0 copay to deliver your baby at a Maternity Program Hospital. Need help? Call Health Services at 866.230.3225, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
Progyny Fertility Benefit
With your Progyny fertility benefit, parenthood may be possible
Fertility treatment is available for all eligible plan participants, regardless of gender, through the 32BJ Health Fund’s partnership with Progyny.
Progyny doctors use the latest technologies and treatments to help you achieve pregnancy—and they have an excellent success rate.
Your benefit covers all the fertility services, tests, and treatments you may need
Your benefit is equal to one Progyny Smart Cycle, which includes all of the services, tests, and treatments you may need. If the first Smart Cycle does not result in a live birth, you may use a second Smart Cycle as your lifetime maximum benefit.
Preconception support and fertilization services
Progyny also offers preconception support to individuals who may not need fertility treatment but are struggling to conceive. With Progyny’s support you can have a higher chance of a healthy pregnancy.
In addition, Progyny provides fertilization preservation and storage services if you wish to postpone pregnancy. Your benefit covers one year of specimen storage, and Progyny assists in transportation services if you need to transfer a previously frozen specimen.
