Quest Lab at UHC
UHC patients can have lab work done at Quest Labs at UHC. It’s easy and convient, and your copay is $0.
You can schedule your lab appointment the same way you schedule a doctor's appointment at UHC.
Spear PT at UHC
Spear has been named the nation’s top physical therapy provider–not once, but two times.
- $0 copay (only at this location)
- 30 PT visits (maximum) in a calendar year
